VenomQuest was founded in 2019 by a group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated with the lack of genuinely Australian-focused gaming coverage. Too many review sites were based overseas, with no understanding of local server conditions, Australian release schedules, or the unique culture of gaming down under.
What started as a small blog run from a Surry Hills apartment has grown into one of Australia's most trusted gaming platforms, with a team of over 20 writers, reviewers, and esports analysts spread across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
Today, VenomQuest covers everything from AAA blockbusters to indie gems, and from local LAN tournaments to international esports championships — always with an Australian perspective at the core.
